I design the model in Anim8or, and try both "extreme" positionsin within the program, to see if it moves the way I want. Then simply export to Pepakura and print

I've already made a few

I tink that's my 12th-15th papercraft and 3rd animated papercraft. I also do animations, so I know the modeling program for a few years already.
